I've lived there for 4 months and still haven't had things fixed in my apartment although I've placed work orders in continuously. The appliances are old, the carpeting smells, and the air conditioning unit is pathetic. Not to mention the mold and allergy problems caused by living here!! There's also a registered sex offender currently living in the complex. Can't wait to MOVE OUT!!! The maintenance just sucks. Don't listen to reviews that keep saying this place is great. It shouldn't matter WHAT attitude you enter the office in. You're paying for their services, they should take care of the problem!!
