I lived here for a year and when we first moved in the carpet was nasty and there were flies coming out of the a/c. The back window had fungus growing in between the panes from a crack in the glass and the maintanence just broke half of it and left the window half broken. I did like our little porch and the people we lived by were nice. There are a lot of drugged out teen-agers and drug dealers hanging around, though.
