I've lived at Pinehurst for 10 yrs and am happy to say I'm leaving this hell hole after my lease. At first, before Case & Assoc. took over, it used to be a very nice place to live. They cared about their tenants, did a good background check and were more picky about newby's and took care of maintenance, the grounds etc. Now you'd be lucky to get maintenance out after 3 calls...unless they figure it's causing problems to other units. I've seen condoms, diapers, needles...pretty much everything you could imagine lying around the grounds. The people moving in now are far from what used to be. Everything from drug dealers, to users, to a 5 person family in a 1 bedroom apt. I'm ssssssooooo excited to get the heck out of here! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
