Live in the front you are okay, but live in the back.....

I have lived in two different apartments in Pinehurst. The first time I lived in the back. The parking was awful and the noise was just okay. But now I live in the front of the apartments. The parking is great (i always have a spot in front of my apartment) and the noise is almost nonexistent. My biggest complaint as all have said is maintenance. Our fan electricutes us so we have turned a number of work orders for us but it still hasn't gotten fixed and we have lived there for 5 months. There is one maintenance man that seems to care (if he is even still there), but that seems to be it. I would recommend living here if you live at the front of the apartment complex!!!
