Horrible customer service

I have lived here for over a year and I am leaving. I had ants once I told them they sent the exterminator to spray but somehow he had no key to get in. This happened 3 times and of course the ants got worse. They said he comes every Wed. and thats it. Just horrible service. Then somehow water was leaking from underneath my carpet, the mildew smell was horrible, but instead of cleaning or replacing the carpet they bought in this loud fan to dry it. The ice box has to be defrosted like a 50's model, I had electrical problems that I reported the first day but the maintenance guy said there were no problems, so I had to literally go find him and show him there were problems.
Overall, spend the extra money to stay in a nicer place you will be much happier in the long run. I stayed in The Warrington which is more expensive and also a Case & Assoc. property but they responded immediately to issues and problems.
