horrible maintenance. had maintenance come fix my toilet. they came in and would not say a word to me. walked out dripping dirty toliet water all over my carpet. I asked if he could not drip toliet water all over my appartment. He said nothing and left. Appartment made me pay month of rent after i left. I explained a month prior that I was going to boot camp for USMC after my lease was up. So when my lease was up, i left. I found out after 2 years of being in that they were still after my money. i finnally paid.

They cannot legally come after you for that money if you have military orders. It's against the law...unless you actually missed that month of rent. But if your orders were for the month AFTER your last payment, you could have fought them.
