I have lived here for two years. I live near the maintenance room. I have never ever had to call twice on a repair, and had someone repair the same day on all my calls. The staff has been very nice to me, including the maintenance guys.
It is a cheap, quiet place to live. Yes there have been a couple of weird neighbors but they were evicted. I have felt safe here.
I live in the very back. It has always been a quiet place to live, and although I don't know a lot of my neighbors in depth, they have always been very friendly with me.
it is not a fancy place to live, thus the cheap rents. It could be kept up more outside, but they are starting to fix it up some.
But a warning to anyone thinking of moving here, they are getting rid of where the office stands right now and it will be replaced with a Walgreens. Right at the corner of 122 and Macarthur. I have no idea how that will affect traffic etc around here.

I cant believe they are putting in a walgreens there. Don't they have enough already. Other then that It was very helpful thank you.

The walgreens will have its own entraces and exits. No traffic will be brought through the pinehurst parking lot. However, there will be stairs going down to the parking lot of Walgreens for the residents convience!
