I am happy to say Pinehurst is under new management as of June! The staff is friendly, the grounds look great, and they do maintenance in a completely new way! They have a system where when you call the maintenance line a msg is sent straight to the maint. guys phones and they are usually out to fix the issue before they can even call you back! The new company has great plans for the property and we are already seeing the benefits of some of them. The parking lot was repaired, the trees were trimmed, and the grounds are well maintained. There is talk of a new laundry facility and new fitness center! I can't wait. With the cheap rent and great location I couldn't be happier.
