These apartments are probably the best around if your on a budget. No section 8 and the crime rate in the area is very low. Maintenance is OK, however they will leave the floor wet so beware. There is only one pool and no gym (however, new gym is to be up and running spring 2008). Apartments are nice, especially two bedrooms, again, nice for the price. Office is friendly but phone systems are screwed up. Hard to speak with person on site, W/D connections in some units..fireplace in some 2br. Also, they just tore down front corner to build walgreens. New management says improvements on coming...seen some, but not many...we'll see..
