Don't believe what management tells you.I moved in eight months ago with the promise that there would be a new laundry and fitness center.So far,they demolished one laundry and sold the property to Walgreens.Then,they took over the new fitness center for their new office.When asked about this,their response was those promises were from previous management.Also,if you plan on swimming,both pools were closed about 1/3 of the time last summer by order of the health department.Be careful when you move out because if you don't have management go with you to inspect and sign off on your apartment,you will owe them two or three hundred dollars.Their favorite line is "You must have misunderstood what I said".Don't buy the bull!
