I would not recommend Pinehurst because it seems like they have decided to let just about anyone move in. Police are on the property several times per week dealing with problem residents or residents' guests. Obnoxious residents speed thru the property at nite so be careful when you get home here. It's just not what it used to be. However maintenance staff works hard and makes repairs promptly.
