I moved to pinehurst in april of this year and I even researched pinehurst when I was looking for an apartment. but never thought of coming here! wished I would've before I leased an apartment there!!!!!...Well on oct. 12th around 11am my apartment building was on fire! really sucked because I was in the shower. well the management was speedy on getting me in another apartment of course which costs more but I was ok with it and there was splattered paint on the floor which I mentioned on the walk thru and I called maintenance several times about it then called the leasing agent about it and she told me to lightly cut the paint out of the carpet! ARE YOU ------- KIDDING ME?! why so you can charge me for it later when I move out! I think not!!! just last night when I got to my apartment there was a note on everyones door explaining how the fire got started which was from a cigarette being disposed of on the balcony!!!! now because of this cigarette that caused the fire! NO ONE CAN HAVE A CHARCOAL GRILL ON THE PREMISES!!!!!! anyone caught with a charcoal grill will suffer a HUGE FINE!!! WHAT THE HELL!!!??? Okay!!! so the fire was started from a cigarette?! now no one can have a charcoal grill? REAL ----ED UP place to live! as soon as my 6 month lease is up I'm getting the hell up outta there! It sucks and the parking REALLY BLOWS!!!

I do not live in these low budget apartments however the leasing agents are prejudice and they are unprofessional. They spend time sitting on their bottoms and eating instead of patrolling the grounds and making sure that the tenants are maintaining their living space especially the patios (trash untold being left out to the point of flies swarming the area.) Can't get corporate office phone number because management don't want to receive complaints. Also you have one of the former leasing agents that was recently fired for not doing her job and also dating one of the tenants on the property. NOW HOW GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL CAN YOU GET!!!! Not to mention the management team constantly violates confidentiality by revealing address and expected move out dates to other tenants. They also allow other tenants who are not employed at Pinehurst to place notices upon tenant's doors not to mention they allow strangers to move in whose names are not on the lease. These are the projects and I'm starting to wonder if these are section 8 apartments.
