awful, awful,awful!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Terrible apartments. Zero maintenance or security.Grounds are filthy filled with gang bangers who constantly hang out. All bills paid,meaning you have no air conditioning unless the temperature is over 90 degrees. No heat until its below 50. This apartment is terrible it takes advantage of the poor and elderly who cannot afford to move to a better place.
