Poor, poor management

If you want to live in an apartment that cares about you as a resident...don't live at Prairie Springs. The office staff is not competent enough to keep track of assigned parking spaces and they assign more than one person to the same spot. So, they decide to take a "parking audit" - basically b/c they are trying to keep track of something they should have kept track of in the first place. They lease apartments to more than one person - and let you know this a day before you are supposed to move. In over a year living there, they never sprayed for bugs...and there are always bugs in my apartment. The grounds are constantly soaked and muddy.
Oh, and none of this is ever their fault. And if they actually admit that it is...they'll apologize over and over again, until it no longer sounds sincere.
Long story short - they don't care about their residents...and it doens't look like I'm the only one who feels this way.
