I have lived here for about two months now. I hear water running through my walls most of the night, but nothing too distracting. Havent noticed any problems with bugs or the apartment itself. I like the large bedrooms and high ceilings. The apartment has a connected garage which is worth the extra money. The main office lady is a little intense and can come across rude at times but other than that everyone seems okay.
