I have lived in some rough places in Houston, Texas and a complex in Shawnee, OK. I am currently searching for apts in Nacogdoches, TX and I feel that Prairie Springs has spoiled me to a degree. The facility is emaculate with units less that 5 yrs old. Fresh coat of paint on the outside of the entire property will keep it looking new for another 5 - 10 years. The price is a little higher for Oklahoma City, however the plus side to that is it will generally keep the riff raff out. It is by far the best Case and Associates property in OKC. W/D hookups in the apartment and your own dedicated outside storage closet are more pros. Utilities are cheap, at least if you get a 2nd floor unit. I have not had an electric bill exceed $100 in my year here. I have never had a maintenence issue. One downside is that the keypad entry gates are broken and malfunction on a regular basis. Site is secure and safe and convenient in location for shopping. I will keep them on my list for recommendations and will be sure to rent from them again if I am in OKC. Don't count out OKC until you've checked out Prairie Springs.

This sounds like someone was paid to write it. I live here, and I know better. Read my review and find out the truth.
