I was on a tight schedule on my move in day, and went ahead and paid the extra to move in a day early and they were replacing the carpet, took all day. I let them know about the early move in date a month in advance. So we had to unload every thing on the lawn and take the truck back (could have been better planned). The went ahead and took some off my first month rent. Not to bad, but not the best.

I live on the third floor, I would have chosen the first because I work late and I didn't want to disturb the neighbors below. But my downstairs neighbors are ridiculous. My room mate had her 2 year old niece over at 8:00PM and they came up and said that we were disturbing their sleep. Also they have called noise complaints on us multiple times...all we do is sit around on our computers (Spades or RTS) the should be lucky that we don't party like some people I know.

The parking is a NIGHTMARE. I swear half of the people are drunk when they park. My room mate could not get out to go to work because this truck was blocking her. We thought about getting a car jack and trying to move the back of the truck. there's probably 1 space per 2 apartments.

The security does need to be a bit better. We were doing laundry one night and there was this guy in there...We assumed that he had laundry in one of the washers. He was still there when we came back. Apparently he was homeless. This is supposed to be a locked laundry room. When he took the guy out it was apparent that it was not his first time there. You think they would change the code when this happens.

It is expensive for the kind of apartments and area, but if you have the money its not bad. But you could buy a house for it.
