I've lived here for nearly 2 years, and I'd have to say I'm pretty happy here. There are occasional problems but I still prefer these apartments to anywhere else I've lived. I've never had any issues with management.

Pros:
- I've never had any security problems although I've heard a few other people complain. Personally I feel very secure here.
- The complex is fairly new, and everything is in good repair. Maintenance is quick to repond to problems. I've had a dishwasher and an AC unit break, and they were both fixed within 12 hours.
- Quiet neighbors. It may just be the building I'm in but I rarely hear my neighbors.

Cons:
- Traffic noise. I hear cars all day long and emergency vehicles several times a week. I pretty much tune it out but when I have guests over they usually comment.
- The gates break about every 3 months, and it can take several days to a week before they get fixed. I think they're mostly for show anyway since people are usually coming & going and it's easy to just follow them in.
- Expensive. The rent is steep and keeps going up every year. They've raised the rates on covered parking as well.

The gates are breaking about every two weeks now, and they're greatly increased rent once again. Over $900 for an apartment that I moved into for $770 just 2 and a bit years ago. It's ridiculous.

I totally agree. although these apts are cool, THEY ARE WAAAAY OVER PRICED!!
