The apartments themselves are okay if you have nothing better to do than listen to every move your neighbor makes. I lived in the new part of Prarie Springs and though the apartments look nice they are very poorly built. When you can hear a conversation almost word for word through you bathroom wall you know there's an issue. Additionally, the management staff is poorly run and very unprofessional. The move out policies are designed to nickel and dime you on your way out the door.. There are alot of unwrittten policies that they have that they dont tell you till you're handing in keys and it's already too late to do anything like shampooing your carpet, even if it's in perfect condition. If you dont they will charge you $50 to do it on top of the $50 that they automatically keep as a "fee." I asked what this fee was used for since it obviously isnt used towards damages and the girl said that corporate just kept it. They basically want you to do all their makeready work for them so when you leave (if you do a good enough job to get your full deposit back-which I did) it's ready for someone to move in to-without them having to even touch it.I wouldnt recommend this complex or any complex managed by Chase. As far as I'm concerned they are a bunch of lazy crooks.
