It is obvious that you can't make everyone happy and that at some point someone is going to get into an argument or dispute with others and possibly not have a great taste in their mouth about the people or leasing company they leased from. Creating some bitter individuals who more than likely will login into this site to seek revenge on the apartment complex whom they had a dispute with. However if you read and look through all the reviews, good and bad, you will see that their is a commonality among more than just a few people who are complaining about the same things.

Almost 50% share 2 or more of the same problems experienced by others who live or lived at Prarrie Springs. This means that indeed the complex has some issue that are going un-attended. THe only thing being done to try to combat these issues is having employees login and write fictitious warm reviews to try to conceal the real and actual problems experienced by many of the tenants who rent or have rented at Prarrie springs.

So before making a big decision, such as where you will live for the next while; read all the reviews, shop around, check the area your self, at different times of the day/night, go talk to random current tenants. Last but least, a good rule of thumb is that if you see a recurring complaint about a specific thing wether it's the office management or other issues within the apartment or complex itself. It's more than likely that you will at some point encounter some or all of those same issues.
