I am a former resident, my husband is the the military we are respectful tents. The whole 4 month we lived there none of the serious maintance problems were fixed in the time frame it was requierd of them. I dont think half of the tents worked becuase it was always loud and noisy past 12:00 at night. Since we moved out there has been drive by shootings. Also when we live there cops were always being called to the property.That is my my option on these propertys.
