Pros and Cons... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Management & Staff... The owner is a very nice and considerate man. He is not as "Big Business" oriented as much as most complexes are. He deals with tenant on a more personal yet professional level. Apartments... If you are an Arachnid scientist who needs an abundant supply of poisonous brown recluse spiders and you would enjoy seeing them on a daily basis and getting to examine their bites on a personal level this is the place for you! Also, if you would be interested in studying termite mounds growing into your apartment or you want to be an up close and personal mold inspector on a large level you would love this place! None of this stuff was for me however. I was constantly battling fiddle backs. We were bit many times and lived there for only four months. Thank Goodness they did let me out of my lease though.
