Maintainance is a total nightmare. Workmanship is shoddy and it is almost impossible to get everything done that needs to be fixed. Very slow response from staff, and most of the maintainance people hardly qualify to be in their positions. If the owner would take the time to review the workmanship that they do, he would likely fire them over it, as I have observed them hiding out doing nothing, while they are supposed to be working. All in all if you can overlook the maintainance situation the apartments are very spacy, and the layouts are very nice. They are in a nice neighborhood. The price is fair as well.
