this is a wonderful community and the price is right but if something breaks it will never get fixed

You are absolutely correct. They never fix things that need repair and all you ever hear out of them is how 'busy' they are and that they'll get to it as soon as they can. That never happens. I experience this myself, and have talked to many other tenants that confirm that this is what they get as well from management. I don't know who is really running the apartments. Two managers since I have been here, and nothing changes. Don't know if it is the owners fault or who is responsible for terrible management of what 'could' be a perfect place to live.
