I've read these other reviews and I think those people must be bitter! My experience here has been nothing but positive. I appreciate that you can go month to month rent without paying a higher price. the stackable washer/dryer in my apartment is fabulous. I like that it is quiet. I have a small dog and 2 cats. my neighbors have a dog, one lady who lives nearby to me has a pit bull. I appreciate that they allow pets (although a pet deposit is required, but that's normal). I never tried to use the fireplace, so I cannot speak to its workability. I can say one day I came home from the gym to the surprise of the water being turned off, but when I called the maintainence line, they called back promptly, apologized that a pipe had burst in the apt downstairs from me and were trying to fix it, and offerred to let me into an empty unit to shower. I will have to move out in a few weeks to relocate for a new job, so I cannot yet speak about refunds on deposits and hassles of move out, but all and all my experience has been very positive here. the neighborhood is nice and quiet. the lighthouse is gym literally less than a quarter mile from the complex and offers discounts to people to live at quail creek apts. everyone is friendly. I enjoyed my time living there.
