Alright so far...

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
My wife and I moved into a 2 BR 1.5 BTh at the beginning of July. The apartment is big, it looks as if it was half-remodeled and half-covered up. All the cabinets have been restained which looks alright. One of our toilets if half-plastic and the water from it smells foul. Our kitchen sink water has some sort of mold/mineral taste that is unbearable to drink. There is only one cable jack, so if you're looking to have Cable/Satellite tv in other rooms be ready to run some wires. 90% of the carpet was replaced in the apartment which is nice, but the carpet that was left mildly smells of animal urine. The air conditioning runs cold, there are three nice ceiling fans, the washer and dryer, albeit small, work well, the dishwasher works fine and the master bedroom is huge (we dont have enough bedroom furniture to fill it). The deck/patio is nice but could use some replacement metal bars in the spaces, the floorplan makes it almost impossible to fit a couch through the hallways to your living room. We haven't had any problems with other tenants, everyone mostly keeps to themselves but are friendly. The pool was closed for a good part of the summer which upset us, and the pool could really use some new concrete work/paint it really tarnishes the grounds.
If maintenance fixes the toilet, sink, and our leaky AC, I plan on staying.
