| | These apartments are spacious and we love the neighborhood, but the staff and maintenance is horrible. Spiders everywhere. Mold grows like grass here. When you call the staff to report problems they get mad at you for complaining. |

The owner is a very nice and considerate man. He is not as "Big Business" oriented as much as most complexes are. He deals with tenant on a more personal yet professional level.
