I first looked at these apartments last summer but due to other issues stayed down in Norman. I moved into Quail Lakes back around March and it was a very "all of a sudden" move. The new manager was also the same lady that showed me around last summer and remembered me and did everything in her power (including staying almost an hour past close so I could pick up my keys) to make sure things went smoothly. I've only had one minor problem since I've lived here and maintainance came and fixed it within 3 days (cracked shower head which was making next to no shower pressure).

The apartment I was moved in to was every bit as nice as the apartment I was shown, except the furniture which is my own problem. The carpet was brand new as was the paint on the walls. No scratches on the counter tops or in the sinks/bathtub. The place was immaculate.

The only thing I've found to be not great is parking at nights. I've had to park up to 3 buildings away a few times.

Other than that, I'm very satisfied with this complex and have recommended it to many friends.
