Quail Lakes Apartments

Nice and Affordable From: CAmomOK Date posted: 2/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   These apartments are nice, quiet, and affordable. The office staff is very professional and very helpful. The maintenence staff is very quick to respond and fix whatever problem you have. The grounds are well kept and it shows. The only problem that I have is with the ice and snow it is dangerous on the walkways but it doesn't last that long. All in all we are pleased with our apartment and the staff here. We feel safe and that is very important to us. Electric is not as expensive as others have said, no bill for us has been over $120 and that was running the heater 24/7 with the water heater outside in the cold trying to keep up the water temp to keep up with our showers and cleaning.
