My wife and I moved into the apartment complex in early 2006, and we moved out as soon as we could. The scorpion problem is true, but it is the least of your worries. The staff are unprofessional and untrustworthy. One of their staff members bought pieces of furniture from me, but never paid. I tried to contact her several times, but the others were not helpful and basically ran interference. The noise is loud, but that is to be expected by the level of people they allow in there. As long as you have a heartbeat, then you can rent. The apartments are old and small, but they are not in too bad of shape. This so called "gated community" is anything but that. The gates are always open, and there are a lot of people who come and go who are just looking for a chance to take things. I would strongly recommend not staying here. Yes, part of it is because of the way the staff treated us. However, there are just so more many better places to stay.
