Quail Lakes Apartments

It wasn't that bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived here for like 11 mos. I never once saw a scorpion, unlike many comments. The complex is great for people with animals. There is a lake that is okay. It is by no means pretty, but kinda fun nonetheless. The tennis courts don't have working lights, and they won't fix it. The office people were generally nice, although my wife did have words with the manager on one occasion. The gate serves no purpose, as people are always waiting at the gate for someone with a key to come along. It is by no means secure. I had a serious run-in with a questionable crowd that lived in the complex because they were partying and no one would break the party up. We lived on the second floor and had no water pressure or energy problems. We overlooked a field and would occasionaly see deer. That was nice, but the field is disappearing because homes are being built. All in all, its not great, but not bad.
