I've almost lived here for 7 monthes. The staff is very professional and courteous. The scorpian problem isn't that bad as they are little tiny scorpians and I've only seen three so far. The tennis/basketball courts aren't that great because there is only one hoop and it's broken. The pool is nice and it's indoor and outdoor. The gate is pretty useless as the code is simple and everybody lets anybody in. It's a nice quite place with very few problems.
