I lived in the Quail Lakes apartments from 09/2007 thru 6/2008 and never had a single issue with anything what so ever. The office staff was always pleasant to deal with and whenever an issue came up where maintenance was needed, it was same or next day service. To be completely honest I don't remember even having to call for a maintenance issue except one time. THe outside of the apartments need some work (and are currently getting repaired ex: buildings need to be repainted) but the insides are absolutely beautiful. I loved my apartment and was sad when moving out. I never once had an issue with any of my neighbors and felt 100% safe there at all times. In my honest opinion, these apartments are one of the best apartments to live in in the OKC area.
I was very skeptical at first when moving in because I logged on to this and read all the reviews. Their with supposed issues with scorpions, spiders, bugs, etc... and all kinds of management and maintenance issues). I never in my entire stay here ever saw a bug, scorpion, etc. in my apartment. If you live dirty, you will have bugs but in no way shape or form should people who are dirty blame maintenance or the management for their issues. Great Apartments!

Hilarious! I can't stop laughing. So this person is saying that people that live dirty attract spiders, scorpions, and etc. I think this person needs to be a little more educated on what attracts and spiders and scorpions. When it comes to the office employees when you call requesting them to spray for spiders and such like that you must have caught them on a good day when they decided to work a little. When I personally would call and ask for maintenance issues to be fixed they never seemed to listen to you when you called requesting it. My air conditioner has gone out I dont know how many times this summer already. They said they would be in that same day or the next day to fix it. It's funny when you call two days later to ask them what the hold up is and they have no record of you calling! lol. Someone dropped the ball on that one! Yeah-Everyone has different experiences living places, but don't judge people saying they are dirty when they have problems with common insects. Obviously you don't know your facts on insects!
