as you read the reviews, you will notice that people keep saying management is a joke. well, it is! the pond is polluted with trash and is very muddy. actually, the whole complex is polluted with trash and people with little dogs never pick up the poop. if youre in the complex you might wanna watch your step.
the inside of the apartment is run down. maintanance is also a joke. my stove was 150 degrees off, and the maintanance man said i can adjust the knob myself and this is normal with the older units.. lol, right' the refrigerator leaks a gallon of water every week''' and your electric bill will never be less than $200.00 because their equipment is so outdated. the heating and air units have to work twice as hard to produce regular living conditions. the whole bottom of my sink fell out and maintance never even showed up! i had to have my boyfrined fix it! the dryer heating element went out and it was Never fixed.. i really could go on and on about how crappy this place is, but i think you get the picture.. one guy said the back of the complex is scary, and that is true. i had an intruder. an uninvited guest just walked into my apartment one night! i think he must have gotten my apartment confused with the guy upstairs cause they are constantly smoking weed up there and the smell leaks into everyones surronding apartments. this place is NASTY and it is the GHETTO. steer clear fo quail lakes!
