Compared to the other surronding complexes, quail landing surpasses all. From professional understanding office staff to reliable and dependable mantainence staff. Overall a friendly and safe environment to live in

I agree with this poster, the staff here is competent and helpful and caring. The staff here is what makes this place not just another nice-looking apartment complex, but a real find. Now I understand why this apartment complex often is filled to capacity...those of us who finally get a place here don't want to move out. There are no other apartment complexes in the area that I could say this about. What I really regret is not waiting for an apartment to become available so I could have moved in here sooner.

Oh this is cheesy-sounding, but my sentiments are the same! After 3 bad apartment complexes, enough to discourage anyone, this one turned out to be a good place to live.
