I've lived in an apartment west of this apartment complex on Memorial where the office staff yelled at me when I tried to complain, and the maintenance staff entered my apartment several times per month without knocking. This experience in Oklahoma City left me quit scared about moving into another apartment complex. I asked around and found out most of my friends had received bad treatment at most of the other apartments in the area. Then I happened to ask a resident from here about how the staff treated him, and I was told that they are respectful and that he really liked dealing with the management here. I was anxious about moving into another apartment complex, but needed my own space, so I came in and signed a lease.

To my relief, I am happy to report that he good treatment here does not end the second you sign your lease (and it does in most other apartment complexes from what I've heard after asking numerous students about their experiences). The maintenance staff are nice, family-oriented people who you feel comfortable having in your home. They will remind you of the types of people you are already friends with...good people. They all came by the first time I called for maintenance to let me know who they all were and what they looked like so that I wouldn't make any mistake about whom I let in my apartment. That may seem a small gesture to some, but it was huge to me. It made me feel like they cared that I stayed safe and felt comfortable. The maintenance staff do NOT just barge in here without knocking like they do at other apartment comlexes in the area. They knock and give you time to throw on proper attire if you are home, and them taking those few extra minutes is something which makes residents here know that we are cared about and will be respectfully treated.

Also, they have free alarm systems here and they give you a sheet to read about normal safety tips. To most apartment complexes, residents are just a monthly check. Here, I can tell you that they treat their residents like people. This is a good company to deal with.

The office management staff are very nice, and I can tell they genuinely care about people in general. Try dealing with a company who has staff that is bitter and speaks harshly to you, and then you will see the value of this management staff. I've found the staff here in general to be good-hearted and flexible. They don't have to be, but they are. I can finally sleep, and feel safe and well protected here. I can tell by the kind way that the staff here speaks to me that I will never have to fear them yelling at me. I have no fear of being treated badly here after finding out that there is at least one good and honest apartment complex left in OKC.

I highly recommend this apartment complex to those who have been treated poorly by other landlords, and I can tell you that now that I have found this place that I will be resigning my leases until I move into a house. For the first time in a few years, I finally feel comfortable and at home, and that is a good feeling to have. I can't tell you how much I appreciate being treated like a person and not an apartment number. For those who have lived at other apartment complexes in the area, you know that it is rare to find a company committed to treating residents as they themselves would want to be treated. They follow that golden rule here, that much is obvious to me, and it is such a relief.

Another relief, especially for females, is that this apartment complex does not make their residents carry trash long distances to a dumpster. They take care of it for their residents, picking it up curbside. Things that they do for residents such as this makes living here comfortable and convenient. Everyone I've spoken to here likes the staff b/c they are a great set of people. To the owners: please don't lose any of your staff to other apartment companies...you have an excellent staff and we want them kept here with us.

OH yes, you are so right about the folks here. They are so nice and treat you like you are family not just a tenant. I have lived at these apartments for over a year now. My family moved from a 1800sq ft home to here. The three bed apartment we have is very spacious, the floor plan is awsome it works for us as we have four kids. You would never know you were in an apartment until you walked outside. Have yet to hear my neighbors. I would say the location is great can get to anywhere in minutes. I feel totally safe here as my husband is military is away often so I don't worry about anything happening to our cars outside or getting broken into. THis is an awesome place to live young old,single or married it is just the place for anyone. ANd there is no bugs either that is a plus....
