Finally, a good company to deal with.

The staff with this company are wonderful. Most other apartments in the area are staffed with truly bad people. 5 minutes west of here there are 2 apartment complexes that treat residents in a horrible and illegal and shifty manner. Not this apartment complex - you can tell by how they treat residents that they are good honest people (now a rarety as far as other apartments in the area go).
Maintenance is handled in a proper manner. If they need to call a professional out rather than to guess how to repair something properly, they call a professional. Most other apartments in the area refuse to call professionals for any problem the resident has. Be careful of other apartments in the area. As heard from a couple I know, one apartment complex west of Quail Landing on Memorial Road (right by Crown Martin Park) puts down boxes of rat poisening to take care of rats instead of hiring professionals to spray properly as they do here at this complex! This has resulted in harm to people's pets no doubt!
This complex hires professional people when expertise outside of the expertise already had by their own staff is needed, such as electricians, to make doubly sure that wiring and things of this nature are fixed properly. Other apartment complexes in the area send out their own maintenance men who aren't professional electricians to jerry-rig any wiring glitches. And then a place with Park in their name (on Memorial Road), wonders why they have had apartment fires that destroy everything their renters own! Not this place. Even if it costs more, they care enough about safety and the renters to have things handled properly.
The staff are a pleasure to deal with here, and from those of you who have had to deal with bitter hostile apartment workers, that is a BIG deal. You walk into the office here and they are pleasant and kind and patient. The staff here go out of their way to handle little details for residents when other apartment complexes try to avoid such things until the renter has to demand that they do.
As compared to other complexes, I just can't say enough about this one and how much residents here are lucky not to be living in other apartments in the area. This place comes highly recommended from a resident who has been treated very badly in the past and is highly skeptical of apartment complex's intentions. I can assure you that they have good intentions here, and that you will find them to be kind and good people here.
They staff here have been blessed with wonderful people skills. They know when to be firm but gentle to make sure rules get followed so everyone is happy here, and they understand when they are free to show in small ways that they care and genuinely like their residents. Most other apartment complexes in the area tend to treat residents like they are enemies to be dealt with in a hostile manner. This place is the exact opposite, they just don't get hostile or rude because they are true professionals with good intentions towards all here.
If you found this place and have experienced horrid living at other apartment complexes, you will truly appreciate the honesty and care for renters that the staff here has. Even if you haven't had horrific experiences, you will surely appreciate that you won't run into them here. Can anyone tell how much I appreciate how I've been treated here' Goodness, I do appreciate it! Thank you to the staff here, your care for your renters is something I'm grateful for. God bless.
