Excellent in every respect. The only "problems" I've had was the dryer and tile floors. Fixed when I figured out the problem - clogged exhaust vent. Tile is cracking in front of fireplace and just as you enter the kitchen. They said it would be too expensive to fix, so I put clear tape over the cracks. I have no problem with it, as the apartments in general are fantastic.
