me and my boyfriend lived there and everything was great up until 1 month of our leases ending and to our attention the rent went up it was 575 for a 1 bed and it shot up to 595 i know that its only 20 bucks but the apartments are not all that and the crew is ghetto. It took them 2 months to fix my front door 3 months for then to put our name in the gate and also the let there kids, and dogs run around in the club house! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I'm sorry that a $20 increase in your rent has resulted in your not liking your apartment. However, as our vendors pass through their expenses to us and as utilities increase we have no choice but to raise the rents to compensate for the increase in these expenses to maintain the level of service you expect. I am surprised to here about your service requests. It is our goal that service requests are normally completed between 24-48 hours. If you have any issues like this in the future, please call the office and ask to speak to me directly.
