I moved into the apartments last year. The inside of the apartments I love alot. I do however have some problems. I never see anyone walking around daily picking up trash on the lawn. No groundskeeper's. Also, the parking is realy bad. There aren't enough spaces AT ALL. The neighbors are noisy during the night. It seems like they have just let anyone and everyone move in. I think they are letting the place go down hill!
They need to screen who they move in here better!

I'm glad you like your apartment. We do have a maintenance person who picks up the grounds. And, if you've read some of the other comments, we do try our best to enforce the trash policy to keep this from happening. Unfortunately, some residents refuse to follow the rules. The parking is limited, but we do offer the option for you to lease reserved carports and garages for your convenience. Quiet hours start at 10pm. If you neighbors are making noise that is not normal being in your apartment noise, just call the office number and hit option #3. This will dispatch our courtesy patrol service. In regard to the "type" of resident who lives here. Everyone living here is qualified the same way. So you may think your neighbor is undesirable, but they had to have the same income, credit and resident history that was required of you.
