I moved in summer of 05 and loved living there. Recently, however I feel that Quail Landings standards have dropped. The staff is merely adequate where as they used to be very resident oriented. The rent has spiked as well as charges for water, ect. During winter storms nothing was done to de ice common walk ways. I could not get my mail for a week. Lately, grounds appear to have excessive amounts of trash and dog droppings. Trash policy is ridiculous. In the last week, I have been told to put my trash out between 8-9 am to avoid fines. This is ridiculous as most working adults have to leave well before 8 in the morning.

| I just wanted to clarify the trash policy. Trash is to be placed curbside on M-W-F between 5am - 9am, in tied bags. Enforcing this helps to keep loose trash from blowing across the grounds. In reference to the pet waste, yes it is a problem. We have installed dog waste stations around the property to encourage your neighbors to pick up after their pet. If you see someone out who does not do this, please contact the office so that we may address the situation directly with them. Thanks for you comments. | |

A big part of the "dog waste" problem is not dogs at all but stray cats.
