I just want to tell you guys you are doing a great job...I have lived in the complex for about 6 months and just recently heard about this site. I have read several of the complaints and all I have to say is if this is all they have to complain about they maybe this isn't the complex for you and you should look to move! I have lived in several apartments and this is the 1st apartment complex that will pick your trash up for you! How hard is it to keep your trash at your door or in your garage till Mon, Wed or Fri' Not that hard at all and I would rather NOT see trash sitting out the night before being a teanant because it looks bad. When you move in you are told UP FRONT when you can sit your trash out and about the fines it is really nice to be able to drive around a complex without seeing dumpsters or smelling dumpsters. It is a courtesy service to not have to take your trash to a dumpster! Maintence has been very friendly when they have came to my apartment to fix things I like that! Everything that I have called in for maintenance to fix has been fixed and fixed the way I would expect it to be fixed. Everyone in the office is very nice and chit chatty I like that makes you feel like you are more than just a paying resident. The rent is steap BUT you pay for what you get and you get a good school district and a nice community with very friendly staff inside and outside the office! These apartments also have the feel and look of more than an apartment they are more like a home. Yes maybe they could have been built with better floors or things like that but that is NOT the staffs problem. So I just want to say Thanks! and keep up the good job ALL of you are doing!!! Very pleased teanant :-)
