I have lived at Quail Landing for a year now, and I honestly have nothing but great things to say about it. I have lived at a few different apartment complexes in the OKC metro area, and NONE have come even close. I actually feel safe here. The overall caliber of residents is very good; there aren't any noisy or questionable characters that I have seen during my year of living here. The kind of people who live in a complex says a lot about what your quality of life will be at an apartment.
These are the quietest apartments in which I have ever lived! The only time I hear neighbors might be when they turn on their shower, etc., but other than that it is very quiet and peaceful. I do live upstairs, so that probably cuts down on noise.
The lighting on the property is great, the trash pick-up is wonderful (I do wish the people who live in my building would tie their trash bags better and stop putting their pizza boxes and cat litter bags out loose! LOL), and the office staff is super friendly and they always promptly take care of everything we request. I have never lived at any apartment complex where the staff was so nice!
The dog poo problem seems to have improved (at least around my building). There was a bit of a problem with that, but management seems to really keep on people about that issue, which is great. I always pick up my doggies' poo, and I certainly expect others to not be lazy and pick theirs up as well. No one wants to step in poo when taking their dogs out!
They are painting the complex which is great! I think the tan color they have chosen looks so nice with the white trim. I do hope they are reconsidering their decision on the brown color though; I'm not sure I am digging it (it looks as though they are going with a two color scheme). LOL Either way, the complex looks very nice, and will look amazing when they are finished painting!
The management really does seem to care about making the residents happy, and keeping it a nice property. That is why I will stay here until I buy a house in a couple of years. I have never been happier with an apartment.

On behalf of the staff, thanks. And no, we are not doing the brown color. It looked great on a wall, but not on the whole building. I'm glad you like the tan, I think it looks great too.

I certainly agree! I only wish residents would follow the rules and not put their trash out the night before and I would like them to tie their bags so nothing falls out.

I couldn't agree more about the trash! It is a luxury to be able to have someone pick up trash for you so you don't have to carry to a dumpster or have nasty dumpsters around the complex. How hard is it to keep your trash outside your door or in your garage till trash morning...some people just can't follow rules :)

Removed by poster for time being and possibly for good if I am dealt with fairly. S promised to correct the unfair dealings dealt out by her staff in regard to my deposit amounts of 200, and the other of 300 (half of which was refundable and deserved).
