Removed by poster for time being and possibly for good if I am dealt with fairly. S promised to correct the unfair dealings dealt out by her staff in regard to my deposit amounts of 200, and the other of 300 (half of which was refundable and deserved).

Just for the record I did revise the security deposit due to errors in documentation by the other staff person involved. As far as the negative ratings, it won't be the last time someone says something negative because they feel they were treated "unfairly". I think our positive ratings by others and the fact that I always have a waiting list is a better indicator of the job we do here.

SO let me get this straight...you blackmailed the staff at Quail Landing with a negative review. Do you not have any scruples? What about forewarning others about possible issues? I guess as long as you are dealt with "fairly" the many negative comments you had about the place are a moot point. Thanks.

What about security??? Do we even have a security officer and does this person live on the grounds? Is the security officer supposed to come to your aid or does he/she call 911, and ignore the call? I dont see a police car on premises nor do I believe we have any security and that is scarey!
