I have lived at Quail Landing since November 2006, and I still have absolutely nothing but great things to say. I previously wrote a review of QL, and I wanted to add a second review after moving into a larger apartment (from a 1 bedroom/1 bath to a 2 bedroom/2 bath).

The staff was amazing through the whole process of moving/transferring to the new apartment; they made it very easy. Every single person in the office has always been so awesome when I have to call about anything, or when I need anything. I really would never want to live in any other apartment complex.

The exceptional office staff is one of the top things about QL, but there are definitely other things that make it the best apartment complex in OKC. It is very safe here; I have always felt very safe, and have never had any problems since I have lived here. The trash valet is great, too. I love not having to lug my trash to the dumpster. They keep the grounds looking wonderful; they really take care of the grass and the landscaping is very well kept, too. They finished painting the buildings earlier this year, and they look great! I love the apartment itself; the floorplans (the two I have lived in) are laid out quite well, and they are very nice. I love how quiet the complex is! I have now lived in two separate buildings in the complex, and both have been very quiet. I rarely hear neighbors, and hearing neighbors is to be expected when you live in an apartment. It's nice because sometimes it really does feel like I am living in a house.

I highly recommend Quail Landing to anyone who is apartment seeking. It is a very well kept complex and is extremely well managed.
