Lived here for a year and was so excited that I could buy a house and get out of the apartment living. Pretty average complex. Gates are often not working. Sometimes maintenance would come right away and sometimes we had to call multiple times. No security by pool so many non residents are usually there. Office staff is nice but hard to reach on the phone. Good location in N OKC.
