Not worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Have lived here over a year. Is in a good location, but the complex has gone downhill. We now consider it "the ghetto". Drug dealers living downstairs, loud bass, bad maintenance. They ripped up half of the parking lot to fix but left the worst part (right in front of our apt) for 6 months. Neighbors have been moving out for months and we never wondered why people weren't moving back in...now we know why! They're begging us to stay! This place is not worth the rent! P.S. the "walk-in closets" become "turn-around closets" once you put clothes into them---way too small!
