I have lived at Quail Ridge for a couple years now, and really have never had any DIRECT problems. Yes, there are people driving through the lots at night with their base pumping. Yes, there are the occasional loud neighbors. Yes, we are in a cluster of apartments in this area which tends to attract a more seedy element. But, they spray regularly for bugs (never had a bug problem). If you need something fixed, they come tend to it the next day. They have a no tolerance noise policy so if someone is too loud, call the office. Two strikes and you are out on your butt. Free monitored alarm systems in the apartments. All-in-all, it's not to bad. It's defintely what you think of in a $400 a month apartment. If you want more from an apartment, go higher rent someplace else. My advice is if you want to live ANYWHERE, go park in the apartment lot about 9:00 p.m. at night and just sit there. Watch and listen to what goes on. The office will always paint a pretty picture, but you really need to see for yourself.
