maybe this whole thing was a freak occurance but just be careful.
1. mice! at one point my apartment was infested, they got into my food cabinet so i had to throw out tons of food and at one point i put my hand in the dog food bag and thier were 3 in there! eek. the best they could do was give me little glue traps, at one point i caught 4 on one trap it gives me the holy shivers to think about it (i think living next to a big field had something to do with it, and after i demanded and showed them pictures they did give me a discount on the next month rent)
2.towed car $300! i went on vacation i called to inform them i was on vacation because i was sending my rent in the mail. i came home, my car was gone, they towed it 2 days after i talked to them. i was a very low earning student, i paid all the bills my car is what would probably be classified as a junker worth $200 at the most and i had to pay $300 to get it out. they had my car type and liscense # on file but nobody ever tried to contact me or my apt. grrr.
3. replace all the carpets $500! the carpets when i moved in not so nice looking lotsa stains and so on but i realize i am in a lower rent apartment. after i was there for a year i put in a request for a new carpet so they said they would clean them because they didn't replace carpet in the middle of a lease they would wait till a new renter moved in. short story, they made me pay $500 to change all the carpeting in the apartment.

4. The manager jamie was a horrible ----- and i am not a name caller. Any of the many problems i had where treated with no sympathy or addmitance of wrong done just an iron fist and a big bill the financial strain for living in this low end apartment wiped out my savings and the rent went up during my lease.

in closing it was the most awful traumatic living experience ever and the bitterness shall never die! (only fade) thank you for reading
