We have lived at Quail Ridge for about one year. It has been the worst experience we have ever had. They locked us out of our apartment on move-in day until 5:30 pm. When we did get it the carpet was not even vaccuumed. There were burnt out light bulbs. Our stove was spray painted on the inside. It smelled like cat pee. Maitenace frequently enters in your apartment with no notice. They do not even announce themselves. This is illegal. The people working here strive to be rude and unhelpful. The property is now managed by Northstar Properties, which i must say is a sad step down from McSha. We have problems with noise. They do not care. The grounds are going down hill. And as everyone else has mentioned, maitenance is useless. They have fixed the same leak under my sink 4 times. It took that long to finally get it right. We have also been broken into.
The manager has now met with us. She says she will address the issues with Northstar and with the maitenance crew. I really hope she does. This has been a bad experience for my family and I.
